Changed your mind?
For standard items from our catalogue, you have 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered to tell us you want to return your purchase, without giving a reason. We offer this window to customers in Switzerland too. Printing a standard design to order does not exclude it from this policy.
If the final day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday where you live, the deadline extends to the next business day.
How to return an item
Email hello@mindinpublic.com, or send a clear statement to MIND IN PUBLIC, c/o N. Luterbacher, Route des Acacias 8, 1227 Les Acacias, Switzerland. Include your name, order number and the items concerned. You may use the form below, but do not have to.
We will send return instructions. Notifying us within the deadline is enough to exercise your right; you do not need to wait for our approval. Send the items back within 14 days of your notification. Unless we provide another return address, use the Acacias address above. Please do not send a parcel to the manufacturer's dispatch address without instructions.
You pay the direct return postage for a change of mind or size. Try items on as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and fit may result in a deduction for the actual loss in value.
Refunds and size changes
When you return the whole order, we refund the items and the original standard delivery charge. Any express delivery upgrade is excluded. For partial returns, original delivery costs still needed for items you keep are not refunded, subject to your legal rights.
Refunds go to the original payment method, without a fee, within 14 days of your notification. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. For a different size or colour, return the item and place a new order; availability may change.
Damaged, incorrect or faulty items
Contact us when you discover a problem, with your order number and photos if possible. We cover the necessary costs of resolving a defect or an error for which we are responsible. Depending on the circumstances and your rights, the remedy may be repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Your statutory guarantees continue to apply; the commercial 14-day return window does not limit them.
