Products and orders
Our clothing and accessories are printed or embroidered to order. Check each product page for materials, colours, measurements and care instructions. Images illustrate the product; screens and production methods may cause small differences in appearance. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.
Before paying, check your items, quantities, sizes, address and total. Placing an order creates an obligation to pay, and an email confirmation follows. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund the relevant amount if we cannot supply it. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.
Prices and payment
The currency and amount payable appear at checkout. Shipping charges and taxes collected by the store are shown before you confirm. Any import charges not collected at checkout are addressed on our Shipping & delivery page. Available payment methods are those offered when you make your purchase.
Delivery and returns
Production and shipping are separate stages. Our Shipping & delivery page explains estimated timings and delivery arrangements. Returns & refunds sets out the 14-day window for standard items, return costs, refunds and help with faulty goods. You can save or print these pages for your records.
Your rights
We remain your contact for order problems, including when a partner makes or ships your items. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory guarantee or mandatory remedy. Swiss law applies only insofar as it does not deprive you of mandatory protection in your country of residence. Mandatory rules on which courts may hear a dispute continue to apply.
Personal information and updates
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. The terms shown when you order apply to that purchase. Later changes do not alter the terms of an order already placed.
