Shipping policy

Made after you order.

Every MIND IN PUBLIC piece is printed or embroidered to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Busy periods may take longer.

Destinations, rates and tracking

Available destinations and shipping charges appear at checkout before you place your order. If your country is not listed, please contact us before ordering. Delivery times depend on the product, production location and your address. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

We send tracking information when your parcel ships. Items may travel separately and have different tracking numbers. The shipping amount shown at checkout covers your full basket.

International orders

Your order may be made and shipped from another country. Where customs duties, import taxes or handling fees are not included at checkout, the authorities or carrier may collect them on delivery. These charges depend on the destination country.

Address changes or delayed parcels

Check your address and email before paying. Contact us promptly to request a correction: changes may no longer be possible once production or shipping has started.

If tracking stops updating or your parcel appears lost, email hello@mindinpublic.com with your order number. We will investigate and help resolve it. Your rights if an order is not delivered remain unaffected.
